I put in an online application on 5-14-22 and uploaded a copy of my bank documents, did all of the requirements. Since then I have received numerous phone calls and emails, daily, wanting me to contct Avant CSR.

Since then, daily, I have been repeatedly trying to return your repeated calls, and being put on hold for over an hour at a time and then a csr starts to speak with me and I addressed the issue, then they hang up on me and I have to start all over again.

This happens over and over again. It is very frustrating. Is this how you conduct business with all cardholders/potential cardholders ?? Please have a supervisor from your Executive upper level mgt.

have CEO Al Goldstien call me immediately !!! I am very frustrated on how I am being treated. Never has any of the previous credit card companies I've delt with over the last 35 years treated me like Avant has. I am about to give up on your company and take my frustrations to my readers on social media.

My patience has about ran out.
